A. 17 years

 

Q. What adjectives would your friends use to describe you?
A. caring, encouraging smile, kind, righteous, hardworking, genuine, loving, Godly woman

 

Q. What is your favorite, most memorable, or funniest moment in the classroom?
A. My favorite moment in class every day is greeting students, praying over them and reading Scripture to them.

 

Q. What is your hidden talent or something students might be surprised to know about you?
A. I was a college cheerleader. I grew up in California. Our family's move to Texas was by faith.

 

Q. What do you hope students take away from your class/instruction?
A. I hope students’ hearts draw closer to God and see an example of excellence. 

 

Q. What do you do to relax or enjoy your time outside of school?
A. I enjoy reading the Bible, praying, spending time with my husband and family, and taking walks.

 

Q. What is your favorite Bible verse?
A. Matthew 22:37-40 

37 Jesus replied, “‘You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 A second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 The entire law and all the demands of the prophets are based on these two commandments.”
