Superintendent Dr. Jerry Eshleman came to Cornerstone Christian Schools from Oral Roberts University where he was a professor in the College of Education and Coordinator of the Cooperative Learning Center. Dr. Eshleman has served in education in positions ranging from teaching to administration and at levels from elementary through the university. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian School Administration and Teaching from Central Bible College and a Master of Arts in Education Administration from Oral Roberts University. Jerry completed his doctorate and earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
He and his wife Jenny have a son together named Austin. Aside from spending time with his family, Jerry can be found mountain biking and trail running in the Texas hill country. As he continues to serve at CCS, Dr. Eshleman’s goal is to daily define and achieve unprecedented excellence within the CCS campus. His areas of focus include: developing the fine arts department and adding an art center and auditorium, integrating technology at all grade levels, introducing science, technology, math and engineering school wide, and also expanding Cornerstone into its own school district.
