Based on our philosophy of admission:
- At least one parent, legal guardian, or host must be a professing, practicing Christian
Applicants, grades 3 to 12, must be able to give a fundamental statement of faith (i.e., who is Jesus, what is sin, etc.). Expectations are based on child's developmental level.
Applicants must be able to present recommendations from their Pastor and Sunday School Teacher, or some other recognized Spiritual Authority, per approval from administration.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Applicants to High School may not have more than 2 failed credits; must have been retaken and passed. Elementary and Middle School students may not have more than 2 failed classes.
Applicants must have a minimum of a "C" (2.0) average (on a 4.0 scale) in core courses.
Applicants must be able to present recommendations from their previous Principal and a Teacher, or some other recognized Educator who can attest to the student's academic ability and/or performance, per approval from administration.
GENERAL ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Priority will be given according to the date and time applications are received.
Priority will be given to returning students during the specified re-enrollment period of each year. Enrollment is opened to all other applicants during the rest of the year.
Applicants to K-4 through Grade 1 must show developmental readiness, and must be the appropriate age, as follows, by September 1st:

Applicants may not be under behavioral probation, suspension, expulsion, or any other behavioral conditions from their previous school.
Applicants must live with their parents, legal guardians, or hosts.
CCS will not, normally, accept new students in the 4th quarter of the school year.
Secondary students will not, normally, be enrolled after the 3rd week of a semester.
CCS will usually accept new 12th grade students in the fall semester only.
All applicants must have a current physical exam after January 1 of the year of enrollment.
